1. Collaboration Agreement

MÏLOT offers influencer collaborations on a barter basis.

The influencer agrees to create and publish the prepared visual content: 1 feed post or 1 reel video + a set of stories (minimum 2).

2. Content Requirements

The content must be published within the agreed-upon timeframe. Please send a preview of your visual material (as an attachment) to milot.latvia@gmail.com at least 72 hours before publishing.

The influencer agrees to include a unique link to the MÏLOT website (provided by our Collaboration Manager) in their Instagram stories to showcase us as a collaboration partner and help assess the effectiveness of the campaign.

3. Content Quality & Brand Alignment

The posted materials must be positive, high-quality, and align with MÏLOT’s brand aesthetic.

The content must adhere to ethical standards, with no depictions of violence, weapons, or any inappropriate material.

4. Review & Brand Promotion

The influencer agrees to leave an honest review of the received products on our website www.milotstore.com.

MÏLOT reserves the right to use the content for marketing purposes, including but not limited to:

• Social media posts, reels, and stories

• Paid Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads

• Website visuals & product catalogs

5. Compliance & Responsibility

If the influencer fails to meet their obligations, MÏLOT reserves the right to terminate further collaboration and request the return of all received products in their original packaging.

The influencer is responsible for complying with all applicable advertising regulations in their country, including:

• Transparency in paid or sponsored collaborations

• Compliance with tax laws

• Adhering to legal guidelines for influencer marketing

6. Data Protection

When collecting personal information directly from the influencer, MÏLOT follows industry-standard data protection practices to ensure privacy and security.

By agreeing to this collaboration, the influencer confirms they have read and accepted these terms.
